Richard "Dickie" Baxter and Vincent "Relentless" Reda, co-founders of the Licensed2Sell Team at Keller Williams First in New York, have built one of the Hudson Valley's fastest-growing real estate teams — and it all started with a friendship that goes back to childhood. Long before real estate, Dickie and Vinny were just two kids who grew up together, and that lifelong bond is still the foundation of how they run their business today.

Dickie got his start in real estate first, and it didn't take long before he was convinced Vinny needed to join him — though Vinny will be the first to admit he came in kicking and screaming. What began as a simple listing agent and buyer's agent partnership quickly turned into something much bigger. Today, Licensed2Sell has grown into a team of more than 20 agents serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Orange, Ulster, Sullivan, and Dutchess Counties.

Dickie and Vinny haven't always called Keller Williams home, but now that they're here, they'll tell you it's exactly where they belong. That sense of alignment shows in how they lead — investing heavily in their agents' education, teaching real estate classes, and staying deeply active in the local community they both grew up in.
